Crystal Lake Scout Reservation
Located near near Rhinelander Wisconsin, the CLSR provides programs for all ages and is a premier camping destination for Scouting. The property is home to Akela’s World Cub Scout Camp, Tesomas Scout Camp, and Hanna Venture Base.

Camp Chickagami
The land at CWES is leased to the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point Foundation from the Trustees of Camp Chickagami. Members of the Samoset Council can reserve space on weekends for scouting events between October 1st and April 30th. Reservations typically include Anderson Lodge, which sleeps 22 and has a common area with a dry kitchen including a refrigerator and stove. White Pine Lodge is also made available if the group size is larger than 22. A shared bath house with toilets, sinks, and showers is just a short walk from the lodging. A separate sink room is also available for doing dishes.
Eau Pleine Slopes
This property is located along the Big Eau Pleine River, northwest of Stratford, WI. There’s a fire ring right along the river with enough space for an average unit to setup base camp for the weekend. But make sure to bring your primitive camping gear because this site does not have water or pit toilet on site.

Four Mile
Just minutes away from Wausau sits a beautiful campsite right along the Four Mile Creek in the Township of Mosinee, WI. There’s a shelter with tables and and a latrine for your units use. Spend your time just camping here or take a canoe or kayak down the river.

Flambeau Canoe Base
Nestled deep in the Northwood’s just a few miles west of Phillips. Located on the south fork of the Flambeau River, this facility has hiking trails, several troop camp sites, a covered shelter, and campfire area. For spring through fall use, there are 6 canoes on a trailer.

Phillips Scout Camp
Phillips Scout Camp is located along the Eau Claire River in Weston, WI. The camp is named after Henry J. Phillips, a businessman and philanthropist from Wausau. McCormick Lodge is small dining hall which has a kitchen complete with electric range, refrigerator, and microwave. The lodge is heated with a gas furnace, has a restroom, running water, and is handicapped accessible. The dining area is equipped with tables and chairs. Phillips Scout Camp offers a sports field, horseshoe pits, nature hiking, and two main campfire areas. In addition to the cabins, campsites are available. The camp is available to all Scouting units and other youth organizations for day activities, short-term camping, and training.
