Unit Renewal

Unit Renewal will begin November 1, 2024.  All units are asked to complete their annual renewal by December 1, 2024 so we can get them all finalized, processed, and posted before year end.  Call the Samoset Support team at 715-355-1450 with any questions.

Unit Renewal Steps

Go to Organization Manager
Go to Organization Manager in My.Scouting. (Unit Key 3 or COR designee have access).

Unit Renewal
Click On “Unit Renewal” on the menu

Validate Information
Confirm all leader positions are filled and accurate. Then review BeAScout Pin information for your unit.
4
Sign and Pay
Enter your name in the signature field. Continue to the payment screen and submit.
